  • Does the Free Plan ever expire?

    No! The Free Plan will remain free to help users evaluate the software, as well as help drive the configuration needs of smaller operations.

  • How are daily usage limits calculated?

    To keep things simple, a day starts at 12:00:00am UTC. Every request to our main configuration API, and any request ot a project API application gets put towards your daily usage. Once that limit is reached, the API's will respond with 429 Too many requests until 12:00:00am UTC.

  • What happens if I need to go over my usage?

    We offer flexible usage add-ons Contact us to speak with a sales rep.

  • Can I downgrade my subscription?

    Yes you can! If you downgrade and have useage over quotas, certain features may be disabled until you've made adjustments to be within the tier limits. Contact us to get specific information on what to expect during a downgrade.

  • What counts as a Monthly API Call?

    Any request to our main configuration API, and any request to a project API application for automating processess count towards your monthly limit.

  • Do you offer user role management?

    Yes! There are several roles you can assign users based on their access needs. The roles are: Read Only, Read/Write, Manager, Billing, Administrator, and Owner. Each level of access adjusts the abilities the user has to perform their job duties.

  • Do you charge per seat?

    No! We dislike the seat model - especially for systems that rely on collaboration to work properly. We want you to user our service the way it was intended, and as such we have limits based off the number of users allowed in a team based on the plan. Don't worry, if you need more users than what we initially offer, Contact us and we can talk about our custom add-ons.
